PICO RIVERA, CA.-Boxing returns to Southern California at Pico Rivera Sports Arena. Friday, June 11th, Marvnation presents, “The Return of the Legends,” an epic fight card headlined by a veteran exhibition fight. The return of boxing will include special guest-singer, Frankie J, performing the national anthem.

The main event takes place between former WBC NABF champ, Jesus Soto-Karass and former multi-weight champion Marco “Baby Face” Antonio Barrera.

Barrera, 47, retired in 2011 with a record of 67-7 (44 K.O.) Karasss, 38, retired in 2018 with a record of 29-13-4(18 K.O.) With a 10 year age gap and a decade of retirement, it’s going to be a thrilling night seeing these two champions in the ring.

The undercard will not include a female smash up between Carina Moreno (36-2) and Yokasta Valle (21-2). That fight was postponed.

Pride of Pico Rivera and son of Marvnation promotions’ CEO, Angel “El Moreno” Rodriguez (8-0, 5 K.O.) will be facing Bergman Aguilar (15-7-1)

In the super-welterweight division, WBC champion Bryan Flores (16-0) will be taking on Manny Woods (17-11-1). Fighting in the super welterweight division as well, Mexican fighter, Diego Padilla (1-2-0) will be facing Ukrainian, Oleg Zubenko (3-1-0).

The lightweight division brings Cris Reyes (9-0, 8 K.O.) seeking a tenth victory against Braullio Avila (3-8).

In the featherweight division, we will have South Los Angeles fighter Pablo “Bam Bam” Meglar against Adrian “Cuban Link” Leyna in a 4-round match.

The super-featherweight division, Oliver “El Gallo Negro” Galicia (3-0, K.O.) will go toe-to-toe with Michael Land (1-2)

In the welterweight division, Tyrell Washington (2-0), will be facing Gino Montoya.
