Golden Boy Promotions had its final show for Spring 2017 at Belasco Theater on June 2. Here a number of its prized prospects are introduced including world title challenger Yoshihiro Kamegai in the dark baseball hat.

Alexis Rocha of Santa Ana won the battle of undefeated welterweights versus Cesar Valenzuela of El Paso, Texas by decision. It was the first time anyone lasted the distance against the hard-hitting southpaw Rocha.

Southpaw slugger Niko Valdes of Miami, Florida belted out Mexico's Ernesto Berrospe in the second round of their super middleweight fight.

Tenochtitlan Nava misses with a left hook but readies to fire with a right as Renteria looks to slip the incoming fire in their featherweight match.

Azat Hovhannisyan battled to a win over Mexico City's Isao Carranza to win by unanimous decision in the main event. Hovhannisyan, a featherweight, fights out of Los Angeles.

Jousce Lopez of Glendora, Calif. pulverized Daniel Bastien of Monterrey, Mexico to win by knockout in the first round of their lightweight division confrontation.

Tenochtitlan Nava and Christian Renteria engaged in the most competitive fight of the night at Belasco Theater. Here, Renteria connects with a left cross as referee Zack Young looks on.

Lightweight prospect Ryan Garcia fires t-shirts into the balcony section and watches the reaction. Garcia will be fighting soon at the Forum on July 15.
